Terms of Service

Arri is operated by Arri ApS, a Danish limited company, CVR no. 46704053 ("Arri", "we", "us"). Contact: info@heyarri.com. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy at heyarri.com/privacy, govern your use of the service.

Arri is an AI-powered assistant that connects to your advertising accounts (such as Meta and Google Ads), analyzes their performance, and provides insights, reports and recommended actions — including changes such as pausing entities or adjusting budgets, which are applied only after your confirmation. We continuously improve the service; features may be added, changed or removed.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials secure. Accounts are intended for business use. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you use Arri on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.

You connect ad platforms through their official authorization flows and can disconnect at any time. You confirm that you have the right to access and manage every ad account you connect. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms (for example Meta's and Google's), and Arri is not responsible for decisions those platforms make about your accounts, such as policy reviews or restrictions.

Arri's insights and recommendations are generated by AI models from your advertising data. They may be incomplete or inaccurate, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Changes to your ad accounts are executed only when you confirm them, and you remain responsible for the changes you approve and their consequences, including the resulting ad spend. Arri does not provide legal, financial or tax advice.

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through our payment provider, Stripe, at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the billing settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal.

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other customers' data, no reverse engineering, no reselling of the service without our written agreement, and no use of the service to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Your advertising data stays yours. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service — fetching, storing and processing your connected data to provide insights to you. The Arri software, design and brand remain the property of Arri ApS. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Arri ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost revenue, or wasted ad spend resulting from decisions made with the service — and our total liability for claims under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can stop using Arri and delete your account at any time (see the data-deletion instructions). We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive — including liability limits and governing law — survive termination.

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Denmark — this does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections under their local law. We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with the updated date above, and continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: info@heyarri.com.
